Returns & Refunds
Before returning Your Custom order, please be sure to get in touch with the Company: colorfall.info@gmail.com
Consumer has the rights to return the order within 14 days since completed Delivery. Returns are ONLY valid if the item is in the original packaging, with tags and does not have any signs of wear or damage.
The Company has the rights to decline the return of a purchase, if the item is not in the original packaging, has visual damage and signs of wear.
When returning the purchased items, Consumer is valid to either replace the item with the same item (in case of wrong sizing) or receive a full money refund apart from delivery charges, with an expection of industrial defect.
If the Consumer chooses to receive a money refund, it will be placed back into your account within 30 week days, after the Company has received the returned item.
The Company reserves the rights NOT to refund a purchase on Custom made orders.
